Shipping

All items are carefully packaged and shipped from the Netherlands.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where available.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size of the item and the destination country.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs procedures, and seasonal delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Vhalandar Crafts cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging so that I can help resolve the issue.


Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of an order. To initiate a return, contact must be made through the contact form on this website or via e-mail. Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit. Any loss in value resulting from damage, wear, alterations, or inadequate packaging may be deducted from the refund amount. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

In the event that an order arrives damaged during transport, it is kindly but urgently requested that Vhalandar Crafts be contacted within 3 days of delivery. To facilitate the insurance claim with the shipping carrier, clear photographs of both the damaged item and its original packaging (including the shipping label) are required so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.

If a package is lost in transit, an investigation will first be opened with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier has completed its investigation and the package is officially considered lost, a suitable solution will be offered. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a full refund or the option to select another available item of similar value.


Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom orders and commissions are discussed and approved before shipment. Photographs and/or videos of the completed piece will be provided whenever possible to ensure approval of the final result prior to dispatch.

Custom-made or personalised commissions are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

If a custom order or commission is not accepted or completed, Vhalandar Crafts reserves the right to offer the piece for sale to other customers.

Vhalandar Crafts respects the privacy of all visitors and customers. Personal information is collected only when necessary to process orders, provide customer support, operate the website, and improve the customer experience.
